A passionate advocate for regeneration, he has built a career transforming challenging sites into thriving spaces, from restoring derelict Grade II listed buildings, to delivering major mixed-use developments and sustainable workspaces.
Andy’s background is defined by a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach. His portfolio includes managing the delivery of award-winning residential communities, securing planning for £60m regeneration schemes, and even leading the high-pressure fit-out for Channel 4’s The Big Interiors Battle.
